RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or refund by contacting us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a damage claim:

• You must email us within 3 days of delivery
• Include your order number
• Provide clear photos showing the damaged item

After reviewing your request, we will determine eligibility for a replacement or refund.

Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
• change of mind
• incorrect item selection
• normal wear and tear
• minor variations in color or appearance
• delays caused by shipping carriers

We reserve the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the above conditions.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 - 14 business days.
